I absolutely love this picture and had to share it! I took it while out on a walk this morning. I'm not sure exactly what it is but it's one of those pictures that evokes emotion. Please leave your comments and let me know what it makes you feel or think about. Perhaps that seems like a strange request to some of you, but sorry, it's the artist in me :)
to me it looks like his face is lifted up and he is basking in God's presence. He looks relaxed and at ease in His Fathers company and having one of those moments that are all too rate. (or the skeptic in me says he could just be sleeping and/or lonely) :O) mom
ReplyDeletehe looks like an aged phil collins, totally exhausted after a career of over a dozen hits, half a lifetime on the adult cotemporary station, and then a slow decline into the land of "whatever happened to..."
ReplyDeleteAnd the setting would suggest he's found an escape and is enjoying a peaceful moment to reflect upon some thoughts that he is unlikely to share with anyone else. Thoughts about the day he's already had? Maybe, but entangled with the thoughts of what's yet to happen.
